A mediocre film about a man whose younger brother dies in a car accident. The first half is more of a slow drama and an educational film about driving under the influence. The second half is somewhat better. A poorly developed story and equally weak characters. Ken Wahl is well-cast but barely manages to salvage it. Probably Abel Ferrara's most conventional film. A barely passing 2.5 stars.
