The Flight of the Ibis plot

An island in the Caribbean Sea falls victim to a South American drug cartel, and is used as a shipping point for drugs with the United States as final destination. Joe Cameron is determined to put an end to the drug trade and corrupt police force there, but he soon learns that it comes at a high cost. When Cameron manages to capture a high-ranking drug lord, Jack Russo, and buy him free, a fierce battle erupts on the island.
