The Brotherhood of the Rose plot

Romulus and Remus are the code names of two agents who were taken from the orphanage in their childhood by John Elliot, one of the chiefs of the American Secret Service. For years, the two go on all kinds of missions for their stepfather, until Remus gives up after an operation gone wrong. Over time, agents appear out of nowhere and attempt to kill Romulus and Remus. The two investigate, only to discover that their stepfather has a secret agenda.
