The Base plot
"One Man. The Strength Of An Army."
When Officer John Murphy, attempting to free drug lord Santos from a Mexican prison and then hand him over to U.S. authorities, loses his men in an ambush, he learns that a group of U.S. officers controlling the Mexican-U.S. border had every interest in Santos being eliminated. Murphy infiltrates the group, which is led tightly by Sergeant Gammon. He soon discovers that Gammon and his men are indeed involved in gun smuggling and drug money laundering.
