"Qaddafi's hit men descend on Hoosier High... and detention will never be the same."
Arab terrorists Yassir and Gamel attack the Black River nuclear power plant in Indiana in an attempt to take over the plant. When this fails, they have the entire police force after them, led by the tough police chief Rawlings. A wild car chase culminates in several students being held hostage. The terrorists assure Rawlings that nothing will happen to the students if their demands are met, but SWAT team leader Steiner plans to storm the building to free the students.
