Tentacles of the North plot

During a journey through the Arctic Ocean, two ships, led by Captain Van Horn, get stuck in the ice. Among the survivors of a ship is Rao Brown, a young girl half mad with fear. Courageous adventurer Francis Wainfield decides to come to her aid despite the dual threat of an evil villain and a raging blizzard.
