"SIZZLING WITH SPEED AND ACTION!"
Eddie DeSylva doesn't just have the ambition to win races; he also owns the drawings of an engine patented by Corbett, the employer of racing champion Larry Evans. Eddie also has his eye on Norma, Corbett's daughter. However, Norma prefers Larry. Then Eddie deliberately causes a crash, landing Larry in the hospital. His replacement turns out to be an accomplice of Eddie, who intentionally loses matches. After his release from the hospital, Larry also has to go after the stolen blueprints belonging to Corbett.
