Sherni plot

The humble village girl Durga lives a fairly peaceful life, until her gypsy father quarrels with the villain Thakur Dharampal Singh. After Durga's father is severely beaten, he joins a gang of robbers and takes revenge on Thakur. The villain also takes retaliation by killing Durga's family. Helplessly, Durga watches as the police take no action. She has only one choice: join forces with her father and become a robber herself to avenge the death of her family.
