Shen Da plot
When Master Chi is too drunk to perform an exorcism, his apprentice Chien takes over. Possessed by the Monkey God, he convinces the villagers to generously reward Chien after the rituals. After some of these antics, Chien builds a reputation and dedicates himself to the less fortunate, until he comes into conflict with the local gang.
