Shelter plot

Agent Martin Roberts finds himself trapped between criminals and the corrupt department of his Little Rock agency. Martin's friend and mentor Captain Landis is hired by a major arms dealer to sell guns on the local black market. The arrival of a Greek mafia family headed by Dimitri Costantinos creates a dangerous situation for Martin and the woman he loves, which eventually turns into a violent confrontation...
