"A sadistic madman lures sharks to attack tourists and only a special force can this terror"

Panic threatens Australia's surfer's paradise. A man was devoured by a shark and this was no accident. A sadist claims to have lured the animal into that neighborhood. And he demands a hefty ransom otherwise he will release a hundred of those fish nearby on the day of the official opening of the tourist season.
