Guy's life takes a very strange turn when he and a friend decide to give up their boring jobs at the postal service. The moment they hand in their uniforms, the friend goes all the way and shoots everyone in the area. To make matters worse, the only witness to the killing is the security camera that only captured a fleeing Guy. Guy is charged with multiple murder and he tries to flee the country. To make matters worse, Guy is recruited by an organization that trains and dispatches assassins, led by the "Regulator". They turn Guy into a test case, wipe his memory and turn him into a ruthless killer. However, Guy fails his first assignment, the murder of an innocent man. Confused, he seeks help from a young woman who also works for the organization. Guy wants to escape. To save them both, Guy must face the hitmen and round up the gang.
