"The terror has surfaced..."
A strong power cable in the sea is defective. Deep-sea diver Nick Harris investigates and finds a huge tooth in the cable. The tooth turns out to be from a Megalodon shark, a species that has been extinct for centuries.

Can the five people who gave this movie 5 stars please take a moment to explain themselves?
Because I always watch a movie to the end, I was forced to watch this one too. No tension at all, no effects at all, just laughable.
I think the actors (if you can call them that) just improvised their lines, because what kind of writer comes up with something like that?

Everything about this movie is so ridiculous that you honestly get the impression that it was meant that way. So laughable. But the genre really says action/horror. So not? 
The worst part is that this movie is from 2002. Not even that old and then so amateurishly made. Hilariously bad movie that is almost as bad as Jaws: The Revenge (Jaws 4) so 0.5.

Great dialogue, great acting, plot holes as big as an aircraft carrier. Fantastic. And then all the comments here. That people who start a movie like this think in advance that they are going to see a fantastic shark movie like Jaws is too hilarious for words.
