London 2015. Laws and regulations have become useless and the streets are dominated by rival gangs. Junior, his brother Rager and their buddies still have an old-fashioned anti-violence philosophy, but when they accidentally cross paths with another gang, it leads to unexpected tragedy. One of their buddies is murdered, leading to a quest for revenge.
