Red Eagle plot
"HERO NEVER DIES."
A nuclear power plant is about to be taken over, after being signed by corrupt and power-hungry politicians. The citizens are in turmoil as they resist this plan, but there is nothing they can do about it. A man opposes the politicians and begins to hunt them. Each time he leaves a card with his victims with "The Red Eagle" written on it. However, the man becomes prey when the politicians send their best defense known as "The Black Demon."
