Rage of Vengeance plot

Undercover cop Frank Hill once locked up notorious criminal Tony Woo. Woo's wife was killed and Woo vowed to avenge her death. From prison, Woo organizes several assassination attempts on Frank. He manages to survive the attacks, but loses his innocent brother in the battle. Frank quits his job and retires to live quietly.
