Prisoner of the Dawn plot
A criminal was captured by the Nazis in the 1940s. They performed experiments on him, after which he turned into a vampire. Decades later, he is hunted by government agents. They also want to use him for an experiment, with the aim of creating a super soldier. However, the vampire is not easily caught and starts the fight.
