Police Story: Burnout plot

Sydney Shannon has been a Los Angeles police detective for 14 years. After the suicide of her best friend and ex-cop Millie Elis, she becomes very stressed. Sydney clashes with a pimp and a drug problem before she is able to move forward with her current case, the murder of Janet Wilson. But when she comes face to face with the alleged killer, she has to control herself so as not to shoot him.
