"Whats your emergency?"
Pamela is an emergency operator with an estranged husband, Jeremy, who is a police officer. When their daughter is kidnapped and held hostage, they are forced to follow the kidnapper's instructions. The kidnapper wants them to send all the police and fire departments to various remote locations in the city where chaos awaits them. Pamela and Jeremy must make a choice: save the city or save their daughter.
