Old Guy plot

Longtime hit man Danny Dolinski still believes he's the best at what he does. Stuck at a dead end, he longs for the love of feisty club manager Anata. Danny is happy when the Company wants to use him again, but only to train Gen Z newcomer Wihlborg. The mismatched pair are asked to take down a competing crime syndicate. However, they discover their employer's true motive: to remove the old guard in a full-blown takeover. The company didn't expect Danny's experience combined with the newbie's genius to create such an unlikely bond between the two. With Anata's crucial help, the duo turn everything against their employer.

Weak action comedy. The story is far from original, but that is allowed with this type of film. The execution is below average. It is all quite uninspired which leads to a trifle where the actors do their duty on autopilot. There is simply nothing to laugh about and the action consists of some shooting scenes, where the final scene is still somewhat bearable. Furthermore, it is a whole sitting despite the short playing time. 2.0
