Ogon plot
"Some fires can't be tamed."
Andrey Pavlovich Sokolov, a veteran firefighter instructor, wants to quit after the death of a subordinate. However, summer in Russia brings a hot time. Andrey is ordered to assemble a team and travel to Karelia. There they have to evacuate a village due to the flames raging in the nearby forest. In addition to a number of capable and experienced firefighters, Andrey also recruits Roman, his daughter's boyfriend. Their mission should be a routine job, but the magnitude of the fire exceeds anything the unit has ever seen before. The men soon find themselves in a hell from which they can hardly find a way out on their own.
