"He Was Executed Today. Tomorrow He Saves the World."

Anthony Ricks is a criminal who is brought back to life after his execution. He is sent to a futuristic prison to catch a virus that a gang has developed. The prison is a defined area in Los Angeles where inmates have complete freedom. Anthony Ricks ends up there with Darla to search for psychotic gang leader Ironhead and his virus before unleashing it on Los Angeles.
