The mean, now old doctor Caronte (Julian Aleman) is believed to have passed away. However, everything indicates that he continues his evil practices and must therefore still be alive. This time he develops an army of robotic monsters with which he wants to subjugate the world to his authority. However, the mysterious and masked hero Neutrón (Wolf Ruvinskis) will do anything to stop his plans.
