"Keep your friends close... and just kill your enemies."
The film is set in the future. Neil Stryker is a tough cop who rose to fame after putting his evil mentor behind bars. However, the mentor, who is called "The Mad Scientist", manages to escape from the madhouse in which he is staying. While he is taking revenge on Neil, he causes a lot of chaos in the city. Now it's up to Neil to stop him.
