Mystery of the River Boat plot
Three Louisiana families, the Langtrys, Perrins, and Duvals, co-own wetlands. Unaware that their property contains a rich nitrogen content, they consider selling their property to businessman Herman Enrich (Ian Wolfe), who is aware of the secret the land hides. He killed the scientist who discovered it and also stole his geological maps and notes. He departs by boat "The Morning Glory," to the area.
