Eastgate, a city where crime reigns. Kurt Harris (Jeff Wincott) and his partner Lynn Steel (Karen Sheperd) are two tough cops in their battle against the underworld. However, a new organization is increasingly interfering with police work. Led by Doctor Larkin (Brigitte Nielsen), this Mission of Justice ruthlessly fights crime.
