Mekurano Oichi Midaregasa plot

On her wanderings, the blind Oichi comes across a dying man who gives her an important scroll for safekeeping. She promises to hand it over to the rightful owner. Meanwhile, she is followed by two different parties who want to get their hands on the role. However, nothing can turn Oichi off her path once she makes a promise, no matter how difficult it will be.
