I don't understand the 5.8 on IMDb. This was a strong, well-crafted screenlife film. Good acting, good buildup of tension, realistic IT tricks for a change, fun references that will definitely be recognizable to students in the 2010s, and so on.

This film certainly holds its own against other recent screenlife hits like Searching and Missing. This one felt even less "Hollywood."

Having seen those films, the novelty had of course worn off, but I definitely enjoyed it, even if it wasn't 100% believable everywhere.

7.5/10

The concept is quite nice. Showing everything via a computer screen with a lot of clicking and fast editing. That can be a bit tiring at times, but it works quite well and is maintained reasonably consistently. However, towards the end, they start making use of security cameras and the like a bit too lazily. It is just a shame that the entire second half is a bit of a repetition of the first half-hour. It is briefly exciting at times, but that whole section fails to really captivate anymore. As a film of roughly 50 minutes, this would have been much better. 2.5*.

Not bad at all; a few teenagers use some computer tricks to rob someone and get away with it. I actually like movies where the world is online, especially because that corresponds to what many people's lives look like. Some of the tricks are quite ingenious, and it's also fun to watch.
