Two groups of yakuza are played off against each other by an unknown gang. The police have arrested a man, Manabe, who everyone assumes is a member of that gang. They dare not release him, but private detective Tajima offers to protect Manabe from his release in order to infiltrate the mysterious gang. Will Tajima be able to round up all three gangs?
