Nico Palmieri is a police inspector who fights against criminals who extort people in a small Italian village. The only one who dares to do something is a restaurant owner, who approaches Palmieri and blows out of the school. The perpetrators will take good care of the restaurant owner for this. Palmieri is taken off the case, but still pushes through on his own, recruiting victims from the gang to do battle.
