Jigoku no Banken: Kerubersu plot
At the end of the 20th century, the Metropolitan Police decides to create an elite anti-crime unit in response to the growing crime wave that sweeps through the city. The influence of this unit grew, but so did the social criticism of this regime. Eventually the unit is disbanded, but one member manages to escape. Stray Dogs follows the adventures of a man in search of his mentor, not coincidentally the Kerberos (as the members of the unit were called) who were the only ones who managed to escape years ago.
