Jigoku no Banken: Akai Megane plot
At the end of the twentieth century, an elite unit is set up within the Metropoliton Police to combat the growing crime in the city. Everything runs smoothly at first, but the unit gains too much power, and voices are raised to disband the group. However, not everyone agrees.
