Il Gladiatore Che Sfidò l'Impero plot

The cunning Roman senator Lucius Quintilius plans a secret journey to Thrace, aiming to recover a legendary treasure. His daughter Livia travels with him, disguised as a Christian slave, along with his ruthless henchman Commodio and Terenzius, a former gladiator who bears a striking resemblance to Nero and deceives the local Thracians into believing he is the emperor. Lucius's mission is derailed, however, when Spartacus and his band of rebels seize the treasure for Thrace. When news arrives from Rome that Nero has indeed died, Consul Metellus, the local governor, decides to collaborate with Spartacus to combat the traitors.
