The 1990s was the time when the Hong Kong triads reached their peak. During that time, Hongsheng was one of the biggest gangs and they ruled East Tsim Sha Tsuin, Kowloon and the new areas. It was during these years that "Hardball-Neil" became known as a ruthless triad boss. He rules the underground gang with brute force. But it is precisely at the peak of his life that his decline also begins: he is sentenced to eight years in prison for physical violence. The years as a prisoner completely change Neil's outlook on life. He is determined to change his life and makes a promise to stop meddling in shady business. So after his release, he moves to a suburb with his two younger sisters, Bonnie and Barbie, who are both still in college. He sets up a new renovation company together with his good friend Fai and together they set out on the right path. However, this is easier said than done.
