Gloria's Romance plot

The prudish but feisty Gloria, sister of David and daughter of Pierpont Stafford, a wealthy New York City banker, goes with her father and brother to Palm Beach, Florida, for the coming winter. Gloria is sixteen and lively, bubbly and likes to do fun things, but she clashes with the rules and regulations of her governess. But Gloria uses every opportunity to escape the eye of the governess. Family Friends Judge Freeman and his daughter Lois also arrive in Palm Beach, where Lois is courted by doctor Stephen Royce, who also pays close attention to Gloria. David also has a crush on Lois. Young real estate agent Richard Freneau is introduced to both families. Richard soon becomes a rival to David as far as Lois is concerned. One night, Glora drives David's car along the beach, but she ends up in the water. She survives and is helped by Indians of the Seminole tribe. Richard and Stephen go looking for Gloria.
