Glitched plot

Billy Speckle (Matt Yoshikazu Gates) thinks he's found the woman of his dreams through an internet chat room. On the other side, a government spy, "Black Cat" (Jennifer Wong), thinks Billy is her new contact. When she hands him a secret package, Ziel, the leader of a powerful organization, is on Billy's tail.
