Gimgeubjochi 19ho plot
After a number of singers have won several presidential elections in Europe and the United States, the Korean President decides to enact Emergency Act 19. As a result of this law it is now forbidden for musicians to make music and the violators of the new law are traced through the emptying. Popular boy duo Ju-hyeon No and Kyeong-min Hong are also chased by the police, but can count on the support of their fans, who time and again free them from the clutches of the law.
