Bombay's Senior Police Inspector, Samar Singh, tenders his resignation when he learns that Kashinath Trivedi, who is known for his connections to the underworld, is winning the election. This news naturally pleases Trivedi, and certainly his men, including notorious mobster Zafar Supari. But there's a catch, because there are two honest police inspectors who don't seem to admit to the crime and they are inspectors Arjun Ranayat and Hyder Ali, two inseparable friends.
