During World War II, Japanese soldiers steal Professor Frankenstein's heart from a German lab and take it to Japan. However, the bomb just falls on Hiroshima and the heart is contaminated by radioactive radiation. The effect of the radiation causes the organ to mutate and turn into a monster, shaped like a boy. But the boy keeps getting bigger and bigger. Meanwhile, the monster Baragon awakens elsewhere. A confrontation is inevitable.
