Flag plot

After months, Simon, chief inspector of the anti-crime brigade, tracks down the Djian brothers, who are responsible for various thefts. But the moment they kill a bandit in front of his eyes, he can't stop them because he doesn't have a weapon with him. Commissioner Tramoni accuses him of not having informed him in time about the projects of the Djian brothers. The tracks lead to Léon Terzakian, the boss of a gambling den and brothel.
