Fen Ku Lou plot

The young and rambunctious Siu is a hero of his town and the apple of every girl's eye, much to the wrath of local villain Kam. Their quiet city is shaken by a series of brutal murders, with all the victims being young girls. Police officer Chiu cannot understand the case, but he begins to suspect Siu because he was seen with one of the victims. Chiu follows Siu when he meets his lover and watches Kam attack Siu on the way back. Chiu rushes to help, and in the chaos, shoves his sword into a Buddhist statue. When the blood starts to seep, Chiu realizes that the statue is actually a corpse.
