A brilliant female doctor has improved brain surgery and can give old men of power a new muscular body. What these men don't know, however, is that she has transplanted an electronic device into the brain. This device must ensure that she can fully control those persons and that she and a number of women come to power. Only two freedom fighters can stop her evil plans to take over the world.
