El Wahsh plot

Abdel Sabour is a thief and smuggler known as 'the monster' in the villages upstream on the Nile. Even the police are afraid of him. The local Pasha protects him and in return Abdel eliminates his political rivals. Police officer Raouf Saleh is sent to the village to arrest 'the monster'. The latter does everything in its power to prevent this.
