Drug Lordz plot

Salvador Castro, a drug lord of the city of Oakland, has just been released from prison and will stop at nothing to defend his empire he built with his brother Richard. When Castro returns to his city, he discovers that Darryl, a drug lord from San Francisco, is taking control of more and more drug cases in the city that used to be completely under Castro's control.
