"Get ready for one hell of a ride!"
The only thing that keeps Steve O'Neill going is his daughter Becky. Furthermore, his life is a big misery. His wife is dead, he has been unemployed and now Becky's grandparents want to take the girl too. In order to survive, he becomes a truck driver. Steve soon realizes it's a killer profession. The often deserted highway is considered their territory by gangsters. Steve also cannot escape their evil actions. Then he meets a woman who brings love and hope into his life. Steve has something to fight for again. Something he can lose again. He knows that the final deadly showdown could cost him more than just his life.
