Disrupt/Dismantle plot

Led by an inspector bent on revenge, a group of cops go undercover in Los Angeles. Their goal is to destroy the city's most notorious drug gang from within. They don't bother with the law, because the end justifies the means. They want to clean up the city at all costs and take revenge on the drug lord who has destroyed their families.
