Con Express plot
During a routine customs inspection, an illegal shipment of highly toxic weapons is found. Because of this find, the Russian criminal Simenov (Arnold Vosloo) can finally be arrested. It's up to Agent Brooks (Sean Patrick Flanery) to escort him to prison. He is assisted by the beautiful Natalya Batalova, a Russian agent, who has a personal vendetta against Simeonov. Unfortunately, Simeonov's henchmen come to his rescue, leaving the two agents behind in a crashing plane. They survive the crash and immediately head for the train where the poison gas is being transported, knowing that the Russian wants to get it in his possession as soon as possible.
