Casino Reef plot

Agent Matt Phoenix must support the International Crime Authority in their current mission. They must protect the inventor of a new type of car that does not use a gasoline engine. However, the inventor, the car and the designs are kidnapped by terrorists. Matt and his team must rescue the inventor and his granddaughter from the ruthless criminal Carlos Cartoleno.
