"It's okay America, we've got your back."
Eight years have passed since Martin Ward and David Bouchard met in spectacular fashion on the Quebec-Ontario border. The two men have remained friends, but time is taking its toll and they haven't spoken in almost a year. Now, however, they face a new mission where they must catch an important gang of car thieves. It soon becomes apparent that they are faced with hotter fires than they expected.
