Beyond Reason plot

When a nuclear disaster strikes Melbourne, the employees and residents of a psychiatric institution flee into a bunker, from which they can no longer escape. The doctors, led by Doctor Sullivan, try to maintain order, but the patients rebel, led by the paranoid Richard. He blames mentally healthy people for the situation and begins working on a new world order in which they play no role.
